You’ll read what you want into the clip depending on your bias and background. My take is that Clinton is irritated more with the interview environment and style of questioning than with the actual subject matter hence is emotional responses. Wallace is probably used to more demure Dems for questioning and tries to smirk of Clinton’s rebuttals… interesting indeed.
