How do you Win at Terror?

Um ok…something that still baffles me. How do you win at Terror? I can understand winning at Monopoly or Football but how do you really beat a fear or an action? That’s what terror is :

as defined it’s “an intense fear of physical injury or death [inflict terror by forced entry or unlawful assembly; also : the infliction of such fear an act of terror]

So when Bush Says first “Terror War Can Be Won” I still don’t get it… This coming a day after saying that the War on Terror can’t be won – hmmm so who really is a flip flopper now?

What really is his platform then. Didn’t the Prez charge out to the public that we needed to go to war to beat Terror and that Freedom will preval and we would Win! And now… Opps…my mistake… well maybe we can’t beat terror but maybe make it less palitable for the world – I think we already do that for the American public by denying public world coverage to the people of America about all the OTHER terroristic regimes, plots and organizations that go on in the world…

Many people still maintain that we’ll fight terror….if there’s some money in it….

George W. Bush,
President of the
United States:

“The conduct of the Iraqi regime is a threat to the authority of the United Nations and a threat to peace. Iraq has answered a decade of U.N. demands with a decade of defiance…. The United States has no quarrel with the Iraq people. They’ve suffered too long in silent captivity. Liberty for the Iraqi people is a great moral cause and a great strategic goal. People of Iraq deserve it.”

Naji Sabri,
Iraqi Foreign Minister:

“The ones who decide the war are the warmongers in Washington. The warmongers whose business is war, whose business is exporting killing and death to other parts of the world. These are the ones who decide the war agenda, not Iraq… Iraq is the victims of these threats. We have done nothing to provoke the United States; we have done… no harm whatsoever to American interests.”
