I never got a chance to post the party info on the site nor have I done a timely review but here’s a quick blurb of the new monthly DJ gig I have in SF. A new crew (new to me) that has thrown a couple of parties before and is starting up a new monthly theme party at the Glass Kat. The first installment of the Liquid Orgazm parties (aren’t they all liquid?) is the white theme.

Pics are loaded and what can I say but that this was a great time. Rolled down and hooked it up will all the local boys again. I’m not going to go into detail as this is now almost a month away… Went out to the County Fair and checked out the local scene. First and probably the last time I’ll check it out but the picks are fun…. Check em out here:
Here’s a shot of me, Terry from the fair, Basti, and Piggott. Notice the easy flip fry pan we hooked up for free from the desperate booth manager that just needed a beer. Basty and BP worked on winning that monkey for about a half an hour…determination … I guess…can you just see the joy in Basty’s expression?
Ya know, the fair reminds me of a great country song I heard once.

On July 26th and 27th we had a local display of Air Force power at the Moffett Field Air Expo. For the week before this expo I had FA-18 Hornets and bombers buzzing the decks of my complex, setting off car alarms and even crop dusting our neighborhood with tail smoke (video). Lucky me I live a stone’s toss to the air field and I can watch/feel the spectacle from my balcony. Including a display of Napalm bombing… Woo hoo…too bad they missed my car of which I could have used the insurance money but at least the neighborhood got a 4 PM wake up call with the thunderous explosion. Although I didn’t attend the show to support our USAF, I’m sure our President is doing all the supporting for us by beefing up the defense budgets and continuing the war effort on terrorism. (opinion).
I’ve had family and friends serve in our armed forces and fight our wars, I support the people that put their lives on the line for our nation, however, at times I’m at a loss for understanding what direction our military commanders intend to focus our war efforts. What are the motivations? what are the intended out comes? and how do the people of not only America but the World benefit from our strong armed foreign policies?
