What would you do when you’re pursuing the want-ads for a new job and you come across a job listing that describes your own position, company and boss? Get pissed that your manager is looking to secretly replace you?

Oh yeah! That’s what Marie Lupe Cooley did when she found a job offering endorsed by her boss Steven Hutchins. Infuriated by the seemingly lack of loyalty after the years, she went to her office late Sunday night at the architecture firm Steven E. Hutchins Architect Inc. in Jacksonville, FL, and erased 7 years worth of drawings and blueprints, estimated to be worth $2.5 million.

She was discovered arrested for the damages and has lost her job regardless….however, the listing wasn’t for her replacement, it was for a similar position at Steven’s wife’s company because she wanted to hire someone just liker her…. oops! Now that’s what I call making yourself replaceable.
