My pops picked up an ATV a year ago for fun, camping and duck hunting trips. This past weekend we got a chance to take some gear up to Carnegie SVRA just outside of Livermore to do some runs.
The day was nice, about 70s, got out there early and I got a chance to hit several runs over the mud pits, lots of rock gardens and boulder fields, berms, whoops, and tons of steep hills and drop offs. I’ve got no skills for heel clickers or anything else at this point but it was good fun for the afternoon and I’ll definitely be headed back next time I’m out.
