Just found out about a new club up in my old hood of East Bay. This was the old Sha-boom 50’s club turn “up-scale” down on Hopyard - smack in the middle of a strip mall. The pics look good for a spot but then you realize where you actually are and the town has no soul. The club may actually fair better that the predecessors (Cadillac Ranch - Marquee Club etc.) since its owned by a real night club owner (George Karpaty of Ruby Sky) and this club catch phrase certainly will bring in the crowds!! “Explore Yours. Experience Ours”
